Yes! We specialize in custom floral, balloon, and gift arrangements. Custom orders must be discussed in advance and are subject to flower availability and design complexity.
We recommend placing orders at least 72 hours in advance. Large orders, special events, or holidays may require additional notice.
Same-day orders may be available on a limited basis. Availability is not guaranteed and depends on our current schedule and inventory.
Local delivery may be available for an additional fee. Delivery availability and pricing will be confirmed during checkout or order confirmation.
You may request specific flowers or colors; however, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability. Any substitutions will maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of your arrangement.
While we strive to create arrangements that closely reflect the photos shown on our website, flowers are a natural product and no two blooms are exactly alike. Variations in color, size, and flower type may occur due to seasonal availability and natural differences. Rest assured, any substitutions will maintain the overall look, feel, and value of your arrangement.
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been picked up or delivered.
Please inspect your order at the time of pickup. If there are any concerns, we are happy to make adjustments within our abilities and available materials at that time. Once the order has left our care, we cannot guarantee changes.
Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Changes are not guaranteed once production has begun.
We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as approved digital payment methods.
With proper care, most fresh floral arrangements last 7-14 days. Longevity depends on flower type, care, and environmental conditions.
Keep arrangements in a cool area away from direct sunlight and heat. If applicable, refresh water daily and follow any care instructions provided at pickup.
Yes! Balloon arrangements and curated gift options are available as standalone services or as add-ons to floral designs.
