Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our floral and balloon arrangements, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been picked up or delivered.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. We kindly ask that you inspect your order at the time of pickup. If there are any concerns, we are happy to address and fix issues within our abilities and available materials at that time.
Once the order has left our care, Mz. Vee’s Creations is not responsible for damages, changes in appearance, or handling.
